End-to-end responsibility for digital product decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital solutions, with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform Customers, Business Partners, and Employee Experiences.
- Enables strategy by collecting ideas and implementing digital solutions
- Involved in a cross-functional team to own and co-create user-centric digital solutions to deliver business impact
- Represents the voice of the customer with respect to digital product features
- Grooms best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs value
- Owns the creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions
- Shapes and owns the digital product roadmap and vision
- Works within a cross-functional team to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
- Helps teams rapidly deliver digital solutions that add value to the organization
- Define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability, and/or increase customer satisfaction through customer-centered digital experiences
A relevant Business/Computer Science degree or advanced degree
Job Skills and requirements
- Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
- Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
- Experience in digital product development and marketing
- Knowledge of the banking/insurance industry will be a plus
Certified Scrum product owner will be a plus
3+ years of experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as driving commercialization of these products
