The Role
The position holder will be handling a wide range of personal administrative tasks to support the Executive and will be expected to work independently, with little or no supervision while being exceedingly well organized and adaptable.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years’ extensive experience as a personal assistant
• Experience dealing with senior management
• Highly proficient in Ms Office, specifically, Ms Excel and Ms Word
Competencies & Skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discerning between private and sensitive information vs public information
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-organise as well as organise others
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the Executive.
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence in dealing with and managing complex situations
