About the job

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the sales and growth of the Company’s various products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit quality Team Leaders who can lead a winning team comprised of commission only sales agents
  • Support Team Leaders in the recruitment of quality sales agents who are ambitious and multi-dimensional, and can sell multiple products
  • Train Team Leaders and sales agents on product knowledge as well as sales and pitching methods to improve on their sales performance

  • Coaching, training and developing junior members of staff to support long term career development and effective succession planning
