About the Role

This is a generalist role with the  overall purpose of this job is to support the business units to execute the marketing strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the business units through the Marketing Managers in lead acquisition efforts through advertisements to ensure that leads convert into sales
  • Provide executional support to the marketing managers on defined projects
  • Support in the  follow up on running marketing and brand projects to ensure timely and quality execution 
  • Effectively manage daily Marketing administrative tasks  and projects
  • Prepare reports on marketing and brand campaign and providing metrics
  • Assist with market research and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Assist in following up of marketing procurement request
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
  • Monitor news across different platforms and provide daily updates on Sendy specific news or general industry news
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other business related fields.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in marketing
  • Ability to implement marketing and communication strategies.
  • Ability to apply metrics to measure marketing initiatives’ effectiveness. 
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, branding and advertising best practices.
  • Knowledge of digital/online/social media strategy, audience management and analytics.
  • Ability to identify and interpret consumer and market trend analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of public relations/media relations and corporate communications best practices.
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Personal motivation and drive exhibited through commitment to hard work, continuous improvement and achievement of goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Open to change. 
  • Calm under chaos.
  • Strong planning skills
