Reporting to the CEO, the Loans Manager will be is responsible for managing the Credit function of the SACCO efficiently and professionally, He /she will be expected to grows the loan book and recovers loans according to the set targets and maintains relevant loan records as well as disseminating related information to relevant parties on a timely basis.
Facilitate development, implementation and continuous review of credit management Systems, policies and procedures in all loan processes.
Oversee efficient and accurate loan processing, disbursements and recoveries within the set timeframes
Monitor non-performing loans and ensure timely follow-ups and recoveries
Education and Professional Qualifications.
Certified Public Accountant – CPA (K)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field from a recognized institution preferably in Co-operative Management
At least five (5) years’ experiences in credit department.
A Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage
