Job Purpose
To maintain hospital machines and diagnostic equipment in good working condition to provide quality care to patients.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and review of equipment and machine service schedule and adhere to it.
- Make regular checks for power points to maintain a safe environment.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions with accuracy and precision and do the necessary repairs.
- Attend to work requests as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain the water system in the hospital to avoid shortage and manage overflow.
- Making sure all hospital equipment are in good working condition.
- Actively participate in quality improvement in the hospital.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
- 3 years working experience
- Computer literate.
- Accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
