Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

At Huawei, you may have the opportunity: Manage projects worth billions of dollars, as well as the related project teams, and assumes responsibility for project profitability.
1. Lead project teams and assume responsibility for project success, the achievement of targets and operating results, and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop project strategies and manage their execution, decide on major issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage these issues and risks in a closed-loop manner.
3. Obtain support from key stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery, and create value.

Position Requirements

Professional Knowledge Requirement:
1. Majors in STEM subjects (computer science, software, information technology, data science, mathematics, statistics, etc.), or other related disciplines;
2. Ambitious, resilient, prepared to take challenges, strong communication skills, and strong self-motivation and leadership skills.
