The Carlstic Group Limited is looking for a qualified sales account executive to join our growing team.
The person will be responsible for responsible for serving the needs of existing customers, closing sales deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
The incumbent will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. To succeed in this role, one will require excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service- oriented. Ultimately, he/she should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
- Sell magazine adverts, corporate products as well as partnership/sponsorship packages for our quarterly events
- Maintain a Strong Knowledge of Products and Services Offered
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Use product expertise to explain product features and benefits to prospective clients
- Convert prospective clients into customers using sales acumen
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
- Maintain a Database of Prospective and Current Customers
- Organizing current and prospective customer data using CRM software
Requirements and Qualifications
- Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management abilities
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
