Payment: Ksh 10,000 Retainer + Commission

About the job

The Carlstic Group Limited is looking for a qualified sales account executive to join our growing team.
The person will be responsible for responsible for serving the needs of existing customers, closing sales deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
The incumbent will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. To succeed in this role, one will require excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service- oriented. Ultimately, he/she should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Job Duties

  1. Sell magazine adverts, corporate products as well as partnership/sponsorship packages for our quarterly events
  2. Maintain a Strong Knowledge of Products and Services Offered
  3. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  4. Use product expertise to explain product features and benefits to prospective clients
  5. Convert prospective clients into customers using sales acumen
  6. Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  7. Maintain a Database of Prospective and Current Customers
  8. Organizing current and prospective customer data using CRM software

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator, or similar role
  2. Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  3. Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills
  5. Time-management abilities
  6. BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
