Position: Regulatory Affairs Manager
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Regulatory Affairs Manager within Jubilee Life Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Head of Operations and will be based at Head Office in Nairobi.
The role holder will have to be dynamic and act as the Legal and Compliance Officer. The role holder will be responsible for the reviewing of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure Compliance. He or she and will serve as the expert advisor to all stakeholders in defining, recommending, and implementing necessary policies, controls, and procedures to cost–effectively assess and manage risks, gaps and educate the workforce in regulatory compliance, especially with regards to Anti Money Laundering, KYC integrity and Data Privacy.

5. Effective verbal and written communication skills on complex technical topics to a non– technical audience
6. Ability to multitask and ensure delivery of set goals
7. Change Management
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business or any other relevant field
2. CPA/ACCA, ACII or Forensics qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years within the Compliance Space, preferrably within the Financial Services Industry. Experience within the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
