V.I.P Project (1 Position)

Title: Office assistant

Department: Administration

Reporting to: Admin/Hr

Work Station: Meru

Job Group/level/grade: N/A

Job Summary:

The office assistant is responsible for the organization of the meru regional office and its cleanliness including performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Aiding with client reception as needed.

Experience as a virtual assistant.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements for Appointment:

A candidate must have: –

Diploma in office management
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.

Interpersonal Skills

Time management.

Customer service.

Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
