REPORTING TO: LICENSURE TEAM LEAD

JOB LEVEL: ENTRY LEVEL.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME.

We are seeking to recruit a competent, capable, ambitious, dynamic and self-motivated individual who demonstrates the appropriate expertise and experience that contributes to the success of Adevia Africa.

Applications are invited for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Licensure Assistant.

Job Summary;

The position holder will assist in responding to nurses’ inquiries, as well as help in resolving issues or complaints.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

● Learn and maintain full knowledge of company products and services in order to meet and exceed customer requirements.

● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.

● Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

● Take the extra mile to engage customers.

● Ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting efficient customer service.

Education and Experience;

● Diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, Front Office or related field from a recognized institution (Minimum).

● 1-2 Years work experience

Skills and Abilities;

● Microsoft Office and Google applications proficiency

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

● Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work very well under pressure without supervision, efficiently meet deadlines.

● Highly organized.
