Safal MRM Foundation is seeking to recruit a professional and experienced Motor Vehicle Electrical Instructor for the Mabati Technical Training Institute. He/She must posses excellent communication and organizational skills. The position reports to the Administrator – Mabati Technical Training Institute

Overall Purpose of the Position

To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in the Technical Institute learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Specification

1.Teaching, trade theory, technical drawing, workshop calculations, and trade practical;
2.Preparing Lesson Plans and Schemes of Work;
3.Record of works & task analysis;
4.Carrying out trainee assessment;
5.Ensuring proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment;
6.Operating machines and using the tools;
7.Conducting co-curricular activities;
8.Maintaining students’ discipline;
9.Guiding and counselling of students.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements

i.Minimum academic qualification: Craft or Diploma Certificate in Automobile Engineering.
ii.Professional registration: Valid TVETA Trainers License
iii.Experience required: 2 years teaching experience
iv.Industry: Education.
