HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER –004/2022
(a) Job purpose
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the HR and Administration function of the company to ensure that the human resources and administration matters are effectively run to facilitate smooth operations of the company.
(b) Reporting relationship
This position reports to the Managing Director
(c) Supervisees
HR and administration department/function staff
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field from a recognized institution
- Member of a relevant professional body and in good standing
- 7 years’ relevant work experience work experience with at least 3 years managerial or supervisory experience
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web based management systems
- In–depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Must be computer literate.
