Basic Salary: Kshs. 46,500 – Kshs. 70,500
House Allowance: Kshs. 8,000
Commuter Allowance: Kshs. 8,000
Terms of Employment: Permanent and Pensionable
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Human Resource Officer, the jobholder will be responsible for undertaking activities in the Human Resource Division.
i. Updating and maintaining recruitment and selection documents;
ii. Verifying information related to appointments, transfers and promotions.
iii. Processing payroll data;
iv. Processing retirement benefits, Medical claims, and Group Personal Accidents and Group Life schemes;
v. Processing leave applications;
vi. Verifying and updating staff complement and establishment;
vii. Undertaking any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment
i. Must have a Diploma in any of the following disciplines:- Human Resource Management; Business Administration or any other related qualifications from a recognized institution;
ii. Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institute.
