Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:
Ensure efficiency and proper organization and management of hospitality services.
Carrying out on-the-job training of staff
Monitoring staff performance and ensuring conformity with the set standards
Carrying out training needs assessment yearly
Ensuring use of standard operating procedures
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in either Hotel and Catering Management or Hotel and Hospitality Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Certificate in computer applications
Salary Scale: The salary will be in Job Group “J” and other benefits attached to this position will be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
