Role Overview: | -Under the overall guidance of the HR Coordinator and the Executive Assistant Coordinator, the HR Support Officer will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the human resource team and the company. -This will include, but not be limited to recruitment and selection, and general office administration. -The role would suit a young professional at the beginning of their career, with strong digital/computer skills. |

Recruitment administrative support | -Publishing job descriptions and adverts on the various recruitment platforms. -Ensuring all approvals are received and filed for auditing purposes. -Screening of applications and CVs according to the requirements provided for the role. -Support HR Team in corresponding to applicants. -Support HR Team in scheduling interviews. -Communicating vacancies to the organization |
General Administration | -Assisting in preparation of records, ensuring these are updated, filed correctly, and are easily accessible. -Assisting with the posting of general HR communications. -Assisting in Scheduling monthly staff meetings, finalizing agenda and minute taking, as well as action lists. -Assisting with ensuring business license compliance |
