Corporate Health CSE  (2200002D)

Job Purpose:

Growth of medical insurance business to meet set annual premium targets

Key responsibilities

  1. Secure new business directly or through intermediaries in all the business channels
  2. Maintain excellent customer service to intermediaries and clients
  3. Service existing business
  4. Follow up on renewals for medical insurance business
  5. Forward proposal forms and all KYC documents to underwriting department
  6. Ensure timely collections of premium as per the credit control policy
  7. Prepare weekly reports as required by the BDM Corporate health
  8. Undertake initial underwriting in accordance with set guidelines to ensure sound acceptance of risk
  9. Respond to customer and client enquiries
  10. Delegated Authority:  As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix
  11. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required

  1. Bachelors’ degree in a business-related field
  2. Professional qualification in Insurance (ACII, IIK)
  3. 2-4 years’ relevant experience in the insurance industry
