Key responsibilities
- Operate 4 High Mill
- Ensure correct parameters are applied during final pass of rolling/skin pass/rewinding to ensure quality CRC & CRCA is produced
- Efficient operation of 4 High Mill accessories
- Identify and report irregularities to the Shift Engineer
- Input coil details and operating parameters
- Execute house keeping inline with Kaizen principles
Requirements
Qualifications required:
- Minimum Craft certificate
- KCSE Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience as Rolling Mill operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer literate
Key competencies and skills:
- Mill operation
- Cold Rolled Coil quality
