About the role:
BURN is looking for a sales activator (MUST BE A RESIDENT OF KAKAMEGA) that can collect ideal information using feasibility forms and preferably end up doing sales for the company
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform sales activations in locations as requested by the Company’s Team leader
- Have a thorough understanding of the BURN products he/she is selling
- Perform demos, where possible
- Follow the customer screening and registration process wholly
- Always have a positive, friendly, and approachable manner with customers
- Keep time, meet deadlines, and maintain proper decorum when dealing with customers.
- Attend training and meetings in BURN offices as requested
- Account for every company expense incurred in providing these services
- Provide other services as requested by the Company’s personnel in charge e.g., team leader, or any of the management teams
Skills and Experience:
- Well exposed in the Western Region of Kenya.
- Well experienced in Data collection
- Expertise in sales – Should have at least 2 years+ direct sales experience
- Market research/intelligence
- Customer service
