This role will be responsible for Customer Value Management and Digital Engagement Management under Commercial Operations functions that support overall business of the Operating Unit (OPU).
Maintains calendar/schedules; monitors change and communicates relevant information to appropriate staff inside and outside the immediate work unit.
Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency in the day to day operations.
Organizing meetings and ensuring they are effectively scheduled and that relevant dossiers are prepared and provided to all participating members
The incumbent will be tasked with recruitment of clients, business development and relationship management.
The postholder will be tasked to prepare and write proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
The Administrative Assistant will provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities in support of ACHAP operations.
To be responsible for management of library’s information materials and library clients in line with SHOFCO’s aim to provide education in slum areas.
