The Health & Safety Officer reports to the HR Director and will work closely with the Country-specific leaders to maintain local knowledge and strategies.
Manage finance for Sinapis Global with support from contract accountant and our senior management team.
Support the Scheme Administrator in scheduling and compiling agendas for the meetings as well as ensuring related documentation is timely prepared and circulated.
Schedule meetings for the Function Heads and broader team and coordinate related logistics, such as room bookings, refreshments, and document preparation for attendees.
Coordinating and communicating with pharmacy satellites to ensure smooth operations of the department.
Enhance a positive atmosphere and corporate image by providing outstanding customer services to patients, clients, the public and AKU staff and ensure inquiries to the department are addressed promptly.
The successful applicant will undertake their role and responsibilities in accordance with St Andrew's School Safeguarding and Child Protection Guidelines and will be required to undergo all checks relevant to the post.
