Reporting to the Principal Alumni Relations Officer, the Alumni Relations Officer will spearhead communications with alumni and assist in planning key alumni engagement events and activities.
The job holder will guide and manage the overall University’s brand and reputation in public, through both oral and written communications.

In 2018, IRC developed the first ever Global Digital Fundraising and Engagement Strategy. Since then we have hired an experienced lead strategic consultant, Global Digital Fundraising Manager and Digital Paid Media buyer, and have begun testing Facebook video advertising with some great success and learnings.
Reporting to the Assistant Editor, the jobholder will be responsible for the coordination of news gathering operations of The East African.
