Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader, the core role of the Subscriber Maintenance Cable Dispatcher is to schedule subscriber maintenance tickets, dispatch teams and manage SLAs based on defined expectations.
Developing and Improving Customer Service Procedures, Policies and Standards for the customer service department and the company.
Secure and maintain world class customer relationships, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and renewal of service contracts
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant the job is responsible for ensuring that NYEWASCO clients and visitors are served efficiently and effectively, being the immediate point of contact into the company
Answering calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
