Responding to enquiries on all social media platforms and live chat from customers
Capture all queries (including verbal, written, telephone, e-mail etc) on the bank’s query logging system.
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
Manage and lead the staff and activities of the Customer Services Team, including coaching, mentoring, training, and scheduling and performance management utilizing optimum resources.
Assist customers in locating the products and merchandise they need.
Provide one-stop customer support for all MAKL services by responding to customer contacts within defined SLAs
