Responsible for the overall Customer Services (CS) order intake and all CS quotations within the assigned district
The position will champion expansion into a new region by onboarding and supporting our network of pharmacies reimbursing for care, including building operations, supply chain and training on systems required to achieve this

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the day-to-day management of the Call Center including outbound and inbound calls, and quality checks within Call Center operation.
The position will act as the 24/7 focal point for all security coordination and communications as directed by the Security Specialist or Security Focal Points
