Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about MTEK products
Work regular full-time shifts on our support inbox, handling incoming calls, outgoing calls, texts & emails.
Assist with knowledgeable support to customer requests across all products and channels
Handle and resolve customers’ issues via phones (inbound, outbound), emails and online chatting tools (including social chat)
Be responsible for the ultimate success of ILARA Health customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewal
To manage queues by constantly monitoring customers wait time so as to ensure timely customer service.
