Responsible for the overall smooth operations of hostels and catering services in the University
Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the hands on supervision of food and beverage operations.
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager Director of Food and Beverage will contribute to and support Kempinski’s vision of becoming the undisputed leader in the hospitality industry, making our Food & Beverage offer a key differentiating factor for the Kempinski brand.
Ability to oversee the Kitchen organization with a view to optimal resource utilization, hygiene and general operation.
Execute daily catering operations so as to ensure seamless product delivery and efficient management of catering processes in a timely manner.
Reporting to the House Keeping Supervisor, the Laundry Attendant job exists to provide laundering services including operating washing or dry-cleaning machines to clean, dry, press and fold cloth-ware at the Hospital.
Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes for both a la carte and buffet menus.
