Responsible for providing assistance to Customer Care office as an interface between internal and external customers.
The position holder will provide excellent service consistent with the hotels standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
The position holder will evaluate equipment function for the purpose of maintaining facilities and complying with mandated health requirements.
The position holder will ensure preparation of food products are done effectively and correctly as per the laid down procedures
The position holder will plan and direct the food preparation and culinary activities on a daily basis.
The position holder will play a role of a 'parent' for the students in a professional working relationship.
The position holder ensure that the bar is clean and take care of preparation of cocktails and mocktails dispensing of drinks to guests.
