Planning, preparation and delivery of all menus for official and private functions at the Residence and for events at the Embassy
Oversee all the food production, assist in daily food requirement orders, and maintenance of the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards
Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
Supports the smooth running of the meeting and events section, where all aspects of the guest conference and banqueting service experience are delivered to the highest levels
Collaborate with kitchen management on menu items.
Monitor the progress of the class, keep grade records and provide data to the administration in a timely manner
The Food Finance Manager is responsible for delivering world class financial management to the Central Food Team, as aligned with the Finance functional vision, in the areas including appraisal, planning, strategy, assurance, accounting, reporting, economics and projects.
The Pastry Customer Service Attendant is to support in the production and sales quality of bakery-pastry products with outstanding service ability and demonstrated interest in food production, customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for food production, safety and health management and providing general oversight of the operation of the schools’ kitchen facility.
