The jobholder is primarily responsible for identifying sales leads, pitch services and maintain good relationship with customers to facilitate achievement of the set budgets set out in accordance with the Service Level Agreement aligned to the strategic objective of the specific channel.
The job holder is responsible for review of risks and underwrite profitable business through preparation of policy documents whilst ensuring all business processes are adhered to as per set guidelines to enable the company meets its objectives through the acquisition, retention, and service to clients.
Daily reporting on claims (Motor, Non-Motor) claims (Age, Underwriters, Progress), SLA non-compliance
Checking policy documents, endorsements and agreements with service providers and approving membership certificates or other official documents in line with the company’s underwriting manual
Addressing client/customer enquiries and feedback within the timelines stipulated in service charter and/or SLAs signed with respective clients
