The position is responsible for ensuring efficient management of supply chain processes and logistics as well as procurement of goods and services while maintaining and following set standards, regulations, systems, and in strict adherence to the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA).
Provide strategic leadership, advice and direction in the implementation and realization of the Authority’s corporate communication and customer service needs;
The Senior Manager Human Resource Management will be responsible for the overall management of human resource functions, provide strategic leadership, develop and implement Human Resource policies and guidelines aligned to corporate strategy to ensure effective human resource management.

This position provides overall leadership and direction on long-term, medium term and day-to-day management of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource, Administration and Corporate Communications functions of IRA.
Oversee standardization of contracts of compulsory insurance to ensure that consumers are protected;
The position is responsible for financial safety and stability of regulated entities and the broader financial system ensuring that entities under all reasonable circumstances meet their financial obligation.
Coordinate review of SLAs with customers/users and third party service providers to ensure that that the authority gets value from IT investments.
