Legal Officer will review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, and tender documents.
This position is responsible for the provision of legal services in relation to litigation, contract preparation, perfection of securities and general legal advisory services to the Society.

Maintain and update proper records of the company's recoveries and expected recoveries from other Insurance Companies for motor, non-motor, and medical claims.
The position holder will review tax computations and tax returns, i-tax reconciliations prepared by staff and make recommendations regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities.
Coordinating compliance with statutory , legal and regulatory frameworks to ensure the Service is guided by law in its operations
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing agenda and timetable for board and annual general meetings.
