The MoO contributes to the strategic enhancement of Financial, HR, Logistics and IT processes and management. The MoO has a key role in the country management team and is often asked to deputise for the Country Director position.

Developing and Improving Customer Service Procedures, Policies and Standards for the customer service department and the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective control of stock in such a way that all stock transactions are accounted for, and that the system inventory levels reflect the physical inventory in the warehouse, and customer accounts reflect physical stock delivered.

Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration/Customer service or any other related field2-3 years Experience in administrative role(s) in a busy office.
