The position holder will provide leadership, management and technical direction of HIAS Kenya Economic inclusion programming.

The President & CEO works collaboratively with the Board of Directors to ensure that Bridges to Prosperity’s fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resource, IT, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization.
Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the remaining two years of this 5.5-year, European Union-funded programme through providing strategic leadership, technical oversight and direct management of the programme – in particular the EUR 18M challenge fund.
