The position holder will develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
Assisting in the handling of customer inquiries, complaints and disputes arising from scheme members and other stakeholders;
Identify, develop & implement new business & optimization strategies that will address the needs of the farmer, streamline the existing portfolio, reduce back-office complexity, improve measures against competitor activities, and result in growth in business profitability & market performance.

The position holder will lead the review and implementation of Trócaire’s funding strategy, in line with country programme needs and external funding opportunities.
