The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the clinical trial, S/he will play an important role in the development of new drugs and treatments for neglected diseases. S/he act as a team coordinator for the clinical team trials.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing Division, the Infection Prevention and Control Officer will support the activities of the infection prevention and control program in the hospital through systematic analysis of health data, develop standard guidelines on infection control and investigate and report infection control problems.

Under the leadership of the CHAMPS Program Coordinator, the Community Health Officer will ensure community-based and facility based – delivery of RMNCH services in CHAMPS through effective coordination and function of the community health volunteer system whilst inter-phasing with the link health facilities.
The post-holder will conduct laboratory assays on iron biomarkers and other related assays, conduct literature review and analyze epidemiological data investigating the relationship between iron status, nutrition and infection in hospitalized children.
Provide HIV Testing Services to clients at the Drop In Centre (DiCE) and during community outreaches.
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from Kenya Medical Training College or any other recognized Medical college.
Organizes, directs, and administers the Nursing/Patient Care Services in order to provide the level of care required by current medical and nursing standards.
