We seek to recruit a Procurement Associate who will be responsible for day-to-day processing of procurements in compliance with USAID rules / PATH Kenya’s internal policies and ensure timely purchase of goods and services for the project, while maintaining high standards of stewardship and accountability.
The Support Services Coordinator will have responsibility for logistics sections of the country programme including procurement and supply chain, vehicle, transportation, asset and equipment, ICT and safety security.
The Driver shall offer logistical support for the smooth and efficient operations of the organisation to achieve its set goals.
The position will facilitate tender opening process and prepare internal memo to invite members of technical committee
Drive project staff and visitors to meetings and appointments with due caution and courtesy as assigned by the supervisor.
This person will be responsible to optimise the acquisition, onboarding and activation process of our courier fleet.
