Developing the vision, strategy and roadmap will be first priority. You’ll be looking at what our growth opportunities are, prioritizing product requests and developing our APIs. We’ll also look at you to lead the product meetings and communicate the product roadmaps.
The MD will be responsible the development of a 3-year strategic plan and ensuring its adoption across the new business. They will be required to manage the development of corporate plans and budgets and take the lead role in all the planning and budgeting activities.
We are looking for a Strategic Associate to carry out the necessary country specific feasibility studies and present to BURN’s senior management a series of recommendations on which country is the most suitable for BURN to establish the facility in.
Initially: a team of 2-3 manufacturing engineers, and 2 manufacturing engineering technicians. In the second stage: additional manufacturing engineers will be brought in as the company increases in size, and other facilities will be brought on board.
BURN is looking for a Head of Engineering whose overall responsibility will be to bring new products through the product development process and launch them into the factory, including design, testing, engineering, process development, and developing/launching new production lines.
