The Property Officer will carry out the management of Grade A commercial buildings within Nairobi property in an effective, efficient and profitable way, to the highest professional standards.
The main responsibility is to make sure that the work is carried out to the required standards, specification and schedule ensuring that the correct materials and workmanship are used and that the company is given quality work and value for money.
Process payments related to the company’s land property
Assist the Head of Administration and Property Management in preparing budget for OPEX and CAPEX for approval by the Management.
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient execution of the property management plans in the portfolio so as to achieve monthly and quarterly set targets while ensuring that the set guidelines for the rent/service charge collection, repair and maintenance, handling of landlords/tenants complaints, meeting set deadlines are followed as well as making effective decisions based on situations at hand.
Responsible for arranging the prompt preparation and distribution of monthly or bi-monthly landlord statements and accompanying payments.
