The Health & Safety Officer reports to the HR Director and will work closely with the Country-specific leaders to maintain local knowledge and strategies.
Develop, implement and review performance improvement strategies that are adaptive to the changing environment and technology.
Participate in the initial training, Module 1, 2 and 3 and upon successful completion be selected for the next master facilitator trainings.
Monitor and report on the performance of the programmes in the constituencies and suggest appropriate measures for improvement.
Collect data using child-friendly methodologies and approaches with sampled girls and boys in select Pre-primary schools.
Implementing, reviewing and interpreting administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programmes.
Use the monitoring tools provided by KNCHR to collect factual information on Human Rights violations in the assigned county.
