Under the direction of the Head of Supply Chain, the main function of this role is to plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities involved in the planning, identification, acquisition and distribution of goods with a bias on fresh produce.
Building a deep understanding on the multiple Labs social businesses – field operational model, financial model – to build the right supply chain strategy.
Evaluate the adequacy of the control environment to provide reasonable assurance that the systems of internal control are of a high standard and functioning as intended.
The job holder is responsible for evaluation suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality this is to ensure that the Company gets value for its money and that the processes are done in a transparent manner.

Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day inventory management including but not limited to issuance, receipt and storage of commodities and supplies and record keeping and reporting. The Assistant ensures that all inventories are accounted for, and safely stored at the central warehouse throughout the year.
The role will work with the Supply Chain Coordinator and the Supply chain team to build the programmes Supply chain and operational capacity to plan and manage programmes resources and assets efficiently and effectively, assist the programmes meet their commitments and deliverables to their beneficiaries and donors.
This role focuses on enabling the GFPVAN users’ access to complete and timely data that is presented in a manner that enables them to glean meaningful insights and is an important global supply chain data steward. The Analyst communicates with stakeholders around proposed actions, runs analyses for routine reporting, and helps to produce reports for timely submission to be leveraged by international, multi-donor working groups.
