CA Associates Staffing – Podcast Manager.

Our client in the fitness and nutrition is looking to hire a Podcast Manager. Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for maintaining editorial and stylistic standards, quality, and content accuracy of all audio communications.

The podcast manager’s job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Developing concepts for podcasts and audio projects
• Creating and enforcing a recording schedule and setting standards for consistency and quality
• Editing produced works
• Uploading content on all platforms
• Creating the  write up for each episode
• Managing podcast flow when there is a guest E.g setting up time with guest, recording and uploading the episodes
• Liaising with team mates
• Sharing data on how each episode is doing on all platforms

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Communications or any related field
• Passion for social media and digital trends
• Understanding of journalistic ethics and media law
• Needs to be A good communicator and team player

This is a Hybrid position incorporating on-site (Nairobi) and work at home.
