About the company

Emerging Talent is an international search firm, dedicated to the African marketplace.

We use strategic recruitment methods to deliver hand-picked candidates that possess the right skills, experience and culture fit to ensure your organisation blossoms.

With successful placements in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa, we support our clients and candidates in one of the most diverse and exciting regions of the world.

Our core values focus on quality, customer focus, integrity, partnership and passion. With widespread opportunities for growth, we cultivate personal relationships with both clients and candidates looking to flourish in Africa.

Established in 2018, by Jonathan Caldwell, Emerging Talent works with companies throughout Sub-Saharan Africa to help identify the very best talent available from the diaspora and the local market. With experience working in the East African start-up community, we have successfully worked with a number of organisations that were previously struggling to identify high-calibre candidates for critical roles.

We pride ourselves on the fact that the majority of candidates that we place are either through a direct referral or headhunted so are not necessarily active on the market or engaged with other agencies. This, therefore, means we provide a gateway to a unique pool of talent that our competitors don’t have.

Our team are specialists in their fields and help in the following core areas:

Identifying organisational goals and understanding key requirements
Sourcing and attraction
Pre-screening and selection process
Offer management and retention
