About the Role

As the Planning and Optimization fellow, you will provide support to the Planning & Optimization team by proactively tracking, analyzing and modelling operational data to unlock areas of improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tracking, analyzing  and maintaining weekly metrics for all operational teams
  • Reviewing data collection tools  and implementing  improvements to ease data collection and increase data accuracy
  • Analyze and maintain monthly performance evaluation tools for all operational teams
  • Work closely with operational and non-operational teams to identify improvement opportunities, tracking improvement plans and reporting.
  • Support in monthly, quarterly and annual tracking of operational target vs. actuals variances
  • Deliver regular insights to the business based on operational analysis to internal

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working in a data analysis field.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving/analysis abilities
  • Data analytics and good IT skills – Proficiency in G-suite applications and advanced MS Excel skills
  •  Attention to detail with superb organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required with the ability to work well with all levels of employees and internal departments in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
