Key SMART Results for A-Player

  • To have conducted an Inventory and gap analysis of development training programs in Poa for both employees and leadership. Develop the L&D framework to bridge gaps and up skill employees by end of Q1-2024
  • To expand on the talents and skills of employees at all levels of the organization through the development of individual development programs to enhance knowledge, develop necessary skills, and enrich both the individual and the organization through a personal development program by end of Q2-2024
  • To have built a knowledge bank of development training programs for leadership, management, business and personal progression by end of Q1-2024
  • To have built leadership programs to create role clarity and understanding of performance expectations through upskilling in strategic areas specifically coaching, mentoring and giving proper feedback by end of Q2-2024
  • Have rolled out the performance management process and conducted trainings for the teams by end of Q1-2024
  • To have mapped out progressional career pathways for our workforce for employee growth and increased performance by end of Q2-2024
  • To have defined metrics and expected outcomes to assess the results of coaching, mentoring or training in strategic areas by end of Q1-2024

Mandatory Criteria if Any, with no exceptions to hire:

  • 5+ years experience in related work such as instructional design and developing learning content
  • Track record of designing engaging and impactful development programs that improves individual, team, and company performance
  • Ability to translate business strategic objectives into actionable learning and development outcomes
