Job description

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate optimum operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Establishment and maintenance of material replenishment methods, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of the organizational goals and objectives requirements, economic performance and planning, expediting as needed.
  • Ensure that all process line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance and planning, expediting as needed planning, expediting as needed.
  • Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance Investigate and implement innovative methods to reduce costs and improve quality of the product.
  • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Share a trusting relationship with the plant team. Develop, coach, motivate the plant team.
  • Commit to plant safety procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with related regulatory bodies.
  • Preparing and reviewing production reports.
  • Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order. Report any issues with equipment to the technical department for correction.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions including identifying opportunities and risks that affect the business while giving timely feedbacks on the same to management. Testing / analyzing plant processes and ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Assist in both internal and external audits. Product and Asset Inventory Management. Document the movement for cylinders to/from clients, full/empty cylinders available, status of all cylinders to the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP Navision).
  • Maintain proper public relations with HT clients including maintaining public relations with relevant MoH (Ministry of Health) county officials.

Qualifications and Skills


•Academic background: – A degree /diploma holder in Business  Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Sound knowledge on accounting procedures and principles.
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy environment on a management role.
• A commitment to learn and be open to new ideas and approaches.
• Excellent skills of operating Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive problem-solving approach.
• Good interpersonal and team-working skills
