Reporting to the Deputy Director for Management and Operations, the Regional Project Operations Manager will support coordination, operations, and implementation efforts for ICAP teams and their Ministry of Health partners in CQUIN countries. The Regional Project Operations Manager will work with ICAP/CQUIN teams in Africa and NY to provide project coordination support to CQUIN network countries, including the development of work plans and budgets, documenting project activities, and supporting logistics and communication.

ICAP seeks a highly qualified and experienced candidate to fill the Regional Project Operations Manager position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have Degree and/or Diploma in Management or Business Administration and at least eight years of experience supporting non-profit project implementation in Sub-Saharan Africa.
