Job Specification

The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

  • Participate in development of policies, regulations and operational guidelines and strategies on resource mobilization;
  • Coordinate fundraising activities such as donor briefings;
  • Conduct evaluation of proposals from organizations and recommend to donors for funding;
  • Participate in the development and review of policies, guidelines, regulations and strategy for engagement and maintenance of partnerships and funding procedures;
  • Coordinate development of the Council’s mobilization strategy;

Person Specification

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have/be;

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the fields; business Administration Economics, finance, Marketing and Social Sciences;
  • Professional Development in a relevant field;
  • A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should be in supervisory position;
  • Membership where applicable;
  • Demonstrated results in work performance.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
