Qualifications
- 3 years experience as an administrative/virtual assistant
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Complex calendar management experience
- Extensive C-Suite calendar & travel management
- experience
- Experience supporting multi-national executives across the globe
- Extensive logistical and communication experience with VIPs
- Numerous examples demonstrating a proactive mindset
- Advancement track record
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
