Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is Kenya’s first and largest countrywide fully-integrated private healthcare system, registered in October 2015 and born out of the Oasis Group Practice model of health services provision to harmonize the various companies & facilities existing across the country under the Oasis umbrella. We currently have facilities in the following counties: Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega, Bungoma, and Busia

We are currently looking for qualified and dedicated candidates to fill the following positions;



Overall Responsibility

The successful candidate shall undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  2. Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times.
  3. Gather and track medical information from patients.
  4. Organize and input data into electronic health records.
  5. Inquire and process patients’ health insurance.
  6. Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks.
  7.  Communicate with the internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished.
  8.  Schedule appointments, including revisits between doctors and patients.
  9.  Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  10. Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
  11. Processing billing and payments, using medical software.
  12. Scanning, filing, and mailing documentation as required.
  13.  Managing front office stock inventory and keeping it updated.
  14. Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
  15. Collecting, analyzing, and processing all the client feedback
  16. Any other duty as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma in Front Office Management from a recognized institution; a relevant degree will be an added advantage.
  2. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  3. MUST be Computer literate i.e., Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  4. A least 3 years experience as a front desk representative, agent, receptionist, or relevant position.
  5. Strong communication and people skills.
  6. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  7. Problem-solving skills.
  8. Any relevant Degree from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
