The Role

Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level? As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our platform’s presence in the industry. Our Partner SEs lead enablement, evangelism, and opportunity support for Partners (Indirect Sales). We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who can collaborate closely with our partners and sales teams to introduce MessageBird to our thriving partner ecosystem. As our trusted solutions advisor, you’ll empower our partners to create groundbreaking solutions for their customers.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Solutions Engineering team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Partner Managers, Sales, Product Management, and our engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take charge of the technical aspects of our solutions, leading in technical discovery, delivering impressive demos, and building proofs-of-concept and prototypes, while nurturing strong partner relationships.

  • Drive the technology relationship with partners, including conducting weekly office hours and deep dive sessions.

  • Influence partner roadmaps and develop go-to-market strategies for existing portfolios.

  • Lead technology engagement with partners to empower them to influence demand and vendor choice.

  • Develop effective technology enablement approaches such as hackathons, demo creation, and continuous updates.

  • Provide technical support to complex partner-led customer opportunities.

  • Engage in exciting travel opportunities, attending sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Your English and Spanish fluency will be instrumental in effectively communicating with our global teams and partners.

  • With over 2 years of experience in client-facing consultative technical roles, you’ve proven yourself to be a dynamic force in the industry.

  • Your track record speaks volumes, showcasing successful software development projects and outstanding documentation skills.

  • Hands-on experience integrating with APIs and SDKs demonstrates your ability to bring technical solutions to life.

  • Your strong presentation, problem-solving, and creativity skills will be essential in captivating audiences and overcoming challenges.

  • A deep understanding of the sales process, solution selling, and objection handling will set you up for success.

  • Your highly communicative and team-oriented nature will foster collaboration and drive results.

  • While knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry concepts is a definite plus, it’s not mandatory. We value your willingness to learn and grow with us.

  • Experience in the CPaaS industry and familiarity with partnership ecosystems would be fantastic, but if you’re eager to dive in and explore this exciting field, we welcome you!
