Are you a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving B2B demand gen results? MessageBird is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of our performance marketing strategy, planning, and data analysis.

In this role, your main goal will be to optimize performance of MessageBird’s digital campaigns, working closely with the marketing operations manager, analytics team and a digital marketing agency responsible for campaign execution.

You will hit the ground running with a marketing stack built for speed of experimentation. Easily create pages, launch experiments, and derive insights to optimize every step of the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, defining goals, KPIs, and campaign objectives in collaboration with the digital marketing agency.

  • Hands-on Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing with ad platforms (GoogleAds + keywords research, DV360, Meta, LinkedIn) to guide the agency in executing campaigns effectively and efficiently.

  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with our digital marketing agency to ensure seamless campaign execution, providing strategic guidance, and aligning efforts with our business objectives.

  • Campaign Planning: Drive the planning process for performance marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling

  • Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

  • Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with campaign objectives.

  • A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to identify winning strategies and tactics, working closely with the agency to execute tests.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Oversee landing page optimization and user journey improvements to increase conversion rates.

    What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with quantitative background preferred

  • Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meata, and DV360.

  • Hands-on experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns for B2B companies of significant budgets.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract meaningful insights from marketing data.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, SQL is a plus

  • Experience with A/B testing, optimization strategies, and campaign planning.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee campaigns executed by a digital marketing agency.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
