As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• CIO Strategy / IT Operating Model: shaping how IT operates to achieve Business objectives
• IT Infrastructure and Data Centres – technology infrastructure design and implementation, data center facilities design and implementation
• Cloud Transformation: shaping Cloud Strategy, modernization and migration to cloud, cloud compliance and security, hybrid clouds, multi-clouds and cloud economics.
• Business and Enterprise Architecture: developing the foundation for client business and technology capabilities and execution improvement
• Build relationships with our clients to understand and address their needs
• Lead proposals, including building teams, developing methodologies and budgets
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Capability to support an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
• Contributing to the wider business through business development, knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring junior team members and other activities

Person Specification

• Previous technology consulting experience from either a Top Tier Consulting firm, Large Technology Companies, Telco or Corporate.
• Strong technical skills and 4+ years experience in the following areas:
  • IT Infrastructure, Data Centres 
  • Public / Private Cloud Technologies
  • Enterprise Architecture
• Ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
• Good client management skills, including an understanding of how to communicate with clients of different backgrounds and opinions
• Proven experience of coaching junior team members
• Evidence of contributing to the wider team and leading on business development opportunities
• Leadership skills, Presentation skills, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills
• Analysis skills, Financial literacy, Analytical and strategic skills
• Good team player, Highly motivated, Ability to lead others, Attentive to detail, Positive attitude, Ability to mentor others, Confident, Proactive 

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems (or related technical areas) 
• Professional Certifications: PMP/ Prince 2/ Prince2 Agile, TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, COBIT etc.
• Cloud Certifications: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform etc.
• IT Infrastructure/ Data Centre Certifications: Microsoft, Linux, CISCO, VMware etc
• Professional Body Membership
