PROJECT /BUSINESS ANALYST MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Roamtech Solutions is looking for a Project /Business Analyst Manager who will be responsible for overall project management and planning activities for smaller projects and all business aspects of the requirements and analysis phase of all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
i. Perform requirements gathering and analysis
ii. Ability to produce both high level and detailed workflow diagrams when required and drive overall business analysis with interested parties
iii. Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project
iv. Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards
v. Provide support to Head of Projects for existing project management responsibilities such as management of project plans, gant charts, and maintenance of requirement documents
vi. Ability to interact with IT & Change teams to ensure that all project deliverables are diligently tracked and managed
vii. Ability to forge solid rapports with all key IT PM/HOP to create one unified project status
viii. Ability to multi-task numerous projects and/or requirements concurrently
ix. Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines largely determined by management
x. Ability to communicate effectively and drive allproject tasks when required

Key Qualifications and/or other requirements:

i. 2-5 years’ experience in a BA/PM capacity in supporting a project environment
ii. Degree in technical or business related disciplines
iii. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

iv. Good understanding of Financial Services Industry

v. Strong communication skills both written and oral- lead/drive meetings when required

vi. Strong literacy in Jira, Microsoft Excel, good literacy in PowerPoint

vii. Prince2, PMP, Scrum Certification is an added advantage
