JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the Sales & Marketing Executives, you are Directly Responsible for:
- Assist in the setting of of targets and report on the performance of the same
- Manage Corporate sales, Events and Parties
- Crafting of Social Media campaigns and follow up on the execution of the same.
- Increase our community of followers on Facebook, Instagram and twitter
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) for Facebook, Instagram and twitter accounts
- Provide updates from the customer service line on feedback from customers both positive and negative
- Communicate with followers and customers, and respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
- At least 2 years’ Experience in Sales & Social Media Marketing
- Must be computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
