Job Summary

The Sales Associate role involves managing the customer journey of car buyers @ Peach cars while at the same time taking on the following: Building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders to promote commercial growth (eg. customer acquisition, financing options, car supply), Representing demand-side (buyer) perspectives in decision-making for potential, future car acquisition efforts And, leading on the development of new business opportunities for Peach – both supply and demand side This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.


Role and Responsibilities 

Car Sales 

The Sales Associate will be negotiating and closing deals with clients while creating a customer journey that includes understanding their needs, educating them about our products and services, and sharing relevant information. It also includes generating leads through various channels and qualifying them. 

  • The individual is also responsible for collecting data and feeding it into the various trackers/ CRM and information banks provided by the Company. 
  • He/She will be required to collaborate  not only with the Sales team to increase the sales and the growth of the Company, but also with other teams such as Finance, Care care, Product, Customer experience and Marketing.  

Buyer Representation 

  • The Sales Associate will play a key role in representing buyers and ensuring that their needs are well represented when Peach is sourcing for cars. What this means is that the individual needs to ensure that cars brought into Peach through supply efforts represent the best interest for our customers. They will also ensure that Peach has the right partners to support our customers (MFIs, Banks, Insurance…)
  •  Any other duties assigned to you within you scope of responsibility


The individual should:

  • Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Have strong relationship building, networking and negotiation skills
  • Have a deep understanding of the industry and the competitive landscape
  • Be a good collaborator and work well with internal and external teams
